How Each Zodiac Sign Deals with Stress: Everyone experiences stress in their lives, but each zodiac sign has its own unique way of coping. Some signs may carefully think things through and remain calm, but most signs will react quickly or withdraw for a time. Aries (March 21 – April 19)
Aries are brave and full of energy. However, when stressed, Aries feels impatient and agitated. They will become angry very quickly, or merely want to react impulsively instead of sitting with the problem for any amount of time. Geminis think a lot and worry about more than one thing at once. When stressed, Geminis’ minds are often moving way too fast. Talking to a friend or writing their thoughts down can help Gemini process their confusion. Additionally, traveling or committing to learning something new can often lighten their mood.
